Abstract

Digital literacy is now a necessity, involving not just the ability to operate devices or use apps but also to evaluate information critically, communicate ethically, and protect oneself online. Despite widespread technology use such as Malaysia’s 97% household internet access being constantly surrounded by digital tools does not guarantee the skills to use them wisely. True digital literacy enables individuals to find trustworthy information, solve problems with digital tools, and engage safely and effectively in today’s connected world.
