Abstract
In today’s digital age, social media enables self-expression and connection but challenges authenticity, as curated posts and filtered images often blur the line between genuine identity and constructed persona. This idealized self-presentation can shape how others perceive us, creating unrealistic expectations of success, happiness, or beauty, and potentially disrupting individuals’ sense of being real.
