Abstract
World Kidney Day is an annual celebration to raise awareness of importance of our kidneys. As for 2022, the celebration held by universities and colleges allaround Malaysia were simultaneously carried out on 12th March 2022 as recommended by National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and Malaysian Society of Nephrology (MSN). The World Kidney Day celebration at UiTM level was held at HUiTM and was officiated by Prof. Dato’ Ir. Ts. Hj. Mohd Fozi Ali, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Development) of UiTM. The half-day programme includes activities such as senamrobik, jump rope challenges, World Kidney Day exhibition, health promotion talks and The Big Give Forum. The key success of the event cooperation and collaboration from Health Education and Awareness Leaders (HEALx), RenalUiTM, HUiTM and the Faculty of Medicine of UiTM.
