Abstract
From January 20th to 21st, 2022, the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Department collaborates with Anaesthesia & Intensive Care and Eternity Healthcare Sdn. Bhd had successfully organised the first ECMO training workshop at Auditorium 3 Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Teknologi MARA Sungai Buloh. The event took a theme‘ Shooting for Stars’ that fostered hope and industry possibilities in this exciting yet challenging therapy. The article was based on a book entitled ‘Le Petit France’ by Antoine de Sainte Exupery about (i) creating no boundaries for ourpotential and creativity, (ii) being the light of others, (iii) keeping doing good things, (iv) going the extra mile, whil e still having fun in the process.
