Abstract
The purpose of the research is to study the advantages of SPUB to all diabetic patients in terms of time and compliance. There are 80 diabetic patients who are using SPUB service from June 2014 until August 2014. A total of 57 patients have been randomly selected to complete this research. This research has been conducted in Sarawak General Hospital starting from June 2014 until February 2015. The data are gathered and collected through interviews which have been done via phone calls to respondents. After that, it is processed and analyzed by using PASW version 22. The next step would be the presentation of these data into table, pie charts and bar graphs. It is hoped that this research will help many diabetic patients to understand better about the benefits that SPUB had offered since its first launching in Malaysia.
