Abstract

Imoot is a newly registered enterprise in Eco Ardence, Shah Alam, expanding its earlier success in producing custom-printed, eco-friendly tote bags using heat transfer printing technology. Supported by essential licenses from SSM and MBSA, the business invests in equipment, inventory, and regulatory compliance, while operating with a small team consisting of the owner, an assistant designer, and a production staff member, totaling RM6,800 in monthly manpower costs. Running five days a week, Imoot focuses on efficient production, quality control, and fulfilling personalized orders. Its marketing strategy relies heavily on digital platforms such as Instagram, Shopee, and TikTok, using creative content and targeted promotions to drive brand visibility and long-term growth in the personalized lifestyle product market.
