Abstract
Botanika Bubbles is a Nilai-based partnership producing handmade, halal-certified soaps using natural ingredients like olive oil, coconut oil, and essential oils to meet rising demand for eco-friendly, chemical-free skincare. Offering customizable variants in biodegradable packaging and selling through online platforms and local retailers, the business targets health-conscious urban and suburban consumers seeking affordable, high-quality alternatives to synthetic products. With strong financial projections RM4.77 million in sales and RM926K profit in Year 1, growing to RM7.16 million by Year 3 the startup requires RM2.18 million in funding, supported through owner equity and financing arrangements. Operating with a cold-process method, pursuing NPRA and halal certifications, and staffed by a 10-person team, Botanika Bubbles aims to capture 30% of Malaysia’s organic soap market within three years while maintaining sustainability, ethical practices, and long-term scalability.
