Case study: Tabung Haji Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur

This report is an interpretation of all we learned and saw while visiting Tabung Haji Tun Razak, the case study site, in Kuala Lumpur. The facility management team of TH Properties is primarily focused on the upkeep of this building in terms of management, operation, and financial aspects in this research, which encompasses the material that we have learned over the terms. The information and data that were gathered to complete each of the required chapters are the basis for the content of this report. According to the requirements, it must include a study of the property's specifics, a maintenance management organization, a maintenance policy and planning framework, building and structural design, an evaluation of the building's condition, a maintenance strategy, a legal and financial perspective, as well as a problem and a recommendation. The report will conclude with a general study conclusion. All writing regarding analysis, explanation, and classification is done from the perspective of the Diploma in Building Surveying students. The information provided comes directly from the maintenance division, the internet, and our observations of Tabung Haji Tun Razak. Every building's maintenance management is regarded as essential to preserving the quality of all building-related components, extending the life of the structure, reducing inconvenience, and ensuring the tenants' and users' comfort, safety, and security.
