Abstract
The Vice Chancellor's Quality Award or Anugerah Kualiti Naib Canselor (AKNC) was introduced in 1996. It is a specific recognition from the UiTM's Vice Chancellor with respect to the achievement of world class standards of Performance Excellence. There are seven criteria of Performance Excellence following the Baldrige Criteria (Eastman, 2017). Our heartfelt congratulations go to FBM for its success in accomplishing the Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management criteria. This prestigious award marks another milestone for the Faculty members to continue to strive for excellence in exhibiting quality management and improving performance through Performance Excellence practices in order to remain sustainable in the increasingly competitive environment.
