Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the capability of Ar-Rahnu X'Change in offering their customers in long term period with their financial performance and the responses from the respondents. The focus group that involved in doing this research is the customers of Ar-Rahnu X'Change KOPEKS, from range of age 18 to 50 and above. The period of time taken to collect the data through questionnaires is almost three weeks, and it takes twenty weeks to complete this research. Method that been used by researcher are performance analysis by analyze its financial performance, comparative analysis, frequency distribution, descriptive analysis and correlation coefficient. There are 150 of respondents has participated in answering the questionnaires.
