Abstract

This study examines the relationship determination demand of Islamic home financing in Malaysia. This study approach to studies because the total of loan applied in Islamic banking increases starting on 2009. Base on the previous study, demand of loan in commercial bank can be determined with economic growth and money supply. This study conduct four variable which are gross domestic product, money supply M1, house price index, and interest rate. Based on the literature reviews GDP, M1 will be influence the demand of loan. This research worked was designed to cover the period 2007 until 2015 in which conducted quarterly for a period of 9 years. The multiple linear regression method and single linear regression method will be used for analysis the data result.
