Abstract
In line with the recent direction from the Board of Directors, the management team of BBMB Leasing Berhad has formulated its new marketing strategy to offer leasing facilities only. This plan is going to be instituted soon so as to increase the loan portfolio of leasing facility. Currently, the company is having more than 75% of its total loan under Industrial Hire Purchase portfolio. With the implementation of this strategy, it is hoped that leasing facility will resume as the core business of BBMB Leasing Berhad. The aim of this research is to determine the knowledge of the customer on both products and how they react if the plan is implemented. Acceptance of the customers on the proposed strategy is vital to BBMB Leasing Berhad to ensure the company position in the marketplace.
