Abstract
As a final-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) at UiTMCK and a former Vice President of the Members of Bachelor in Accountancy Society (MemBACCs), balancing academics with leadership responsibilities has been both a challenge and a rewarding journey for me. While my peers could often study together and support each other closely. That’s not the case for me. As I am staying with my parents in Pasir Mas, Kelantan, I always have to commute at leaset 50 minutes per way to and from campus, while juggling with classes and at home responsibilities towards my parents. From then, I am forced to put an effort to balance everything out, or achieve nothing at all. While some may assume that being an active member in a club and excelling in academics requires some sort of intrinsic talent I figured that that success actually lies on effort and proper planning rather than just raw talent.
