Abstract

A port is a crucial interface found in many systems that serves as a conduit for the exchange of goods, data, or services between entities. When referring to a specific endpoint for information flow between devices during communication, a port is commonly used in the context of technology. In the context of sailing, a port is a harbor or other location with the facilities required to load and unload ships. The effectiveness and utility of a port determine the seamless flow of resources and activities, highlighting the necessity of proper management, maintenance, and optimization. The idea of a getaway is embodied in the abstract concept of a port which is essential to facilitating communication and guaranteeing the seamless operation of many systems. The questionnaire of interview session will be interview to three respondents consisting of workers involves in maintenance terminal port in Malaysia are collected and analysed. All responses were analysed using Atlas t.i software, transforming the data collection interview questions into tables to evaluate the comparison from the other responses.
