Abstract
Research show In the pursuit of delivering quality education, the role of school facilities cannot be overstated. Adequate and well-maintained facilities are vital in creating an optimal learning environment that fosters student engagement, motivation, and academic performance. Similarly, teachers' satisfaction with the facilities directly influences their teaching effectiveness and overall job satisfaction. The aim of this research is to investigate the level of satisfaction among steachers with the facilities provided by schools, identify the key factors influencing satisfaction, and provide recommendations to improve the quality of educational facilities. By assessing satisfaction levels and understanding the factors that contribute to satisfaction, this research aims to contribute to the enhancement of the learning environment, teachers engagement, and academic performance. Additionally, identified areas for improvement, ultimately promoting a positive educational experience for all stakeholders involved.The research methodology in this study, the quantitative research, on the other hand is concerned with measuring how people feel, think or act. It provides "hard' robust, statistical and numerical data that can be defended or challenged and is more than just an opinion. A large sample is recommended and the key is that all the respondents are questions, regardless of the sample size. Quantitative research employs highly structured procedures throughout the research process. Data are collected using sampling techniques and structured questionnaires, incorporating a fixed set and order of questions with a closed list of responses, although a limited number of open-ended answers may be allowed.
