This study investigates digitalization strategies in quantity surveying, assessing benefits and drawbacks of cutting-edge technologies. Amidst the construction sector's digital integration, concerns over cost, qualified personnel availability, data privacy, and cybersecurity barriers emerge. The growing reliance on software has led to professional disengagement, compounded by inadequate education and high implementation costs. Collaboration between government and professional bodies is crucial for sectoral transformation, requiring financial investment and educational reforms. Objectives include identifying digitalization technologies and outlining strategies for future Quantity Surveyors. Methodologically, a questionnaire-based survey was utilised, and findings will be analyzed using SPSS software. Results will illuminate digitalization challenges and opportunities, informing industry stakeholders on navigating the digital era effectively.
