Smoke detector alarm

The smoke detector alarm is designed to give awareness about fire accident to the people. It can avoid the fire accident from occur in the building because the smoke detector alarm will gives warning to the people if there is presence of smoke at the building. So, the fire accident can be avoid from occur and cannot harm people nearby. It can save people’s life. DC voltmeter was used in this project to check the values of voltage in the simulation that has been designed in the Proteus and compare the values with the actual values. The reset pin 4 of IC 555 timer has equal value of voltage with the value of voltage source. It can activate the LED and the buzzer. The software that has been used in order to do this project is Proteus. The circuit of the system can be designed in the Proteus. The simulation of the project can be running in the Proteus. The software can detects if there is an error with the circuit. When there is an error with the circuit, so the simulation cannot be running smoothly. Based on that, the output of the simulation is not being shown. The results of the hardware implementation and the software simulation have only slightly different. The hardware implementation has the different result because there are many losses. There are several factors that may be cause of this situation such as human loss and the material loss. The human loss can be describe as the loss happen during fabrication process such as drilling, etching and direct heating during soldering.
