Abstract

Sabahan Serunding Asli is a business of selling traditional food and the business will be started on 1st January 2014. Sabahan Serunding Asli is existing in the market in order to avoid foods' traditional from being forgotten. Today, there a lot of modernize food in the market. From time being, there are only having serunding ayam and serunding daging in the market. So, we innovate it by added serunding bunga kantan, serunding bunga betik and serunding tuhau to serunding ayam or serunding daging. These traditional serunding was very popular among Kadazan Dusun people in Sabah. This business location is situated at , Pavilion Bundusan, Penampang Sabah. This business location is situated in resident areas. Therefore, it will have a great potential market for this business. This year economic situation is more stable, therefore we expect that in 2015 Malaysia's economic will continue to growth. As the country prospers, more people are employed, making standard living of people in Malaysia especially Sabahan getting better each year. Furthermore, our ways of thinking has changed of people to consume new flavor of serunding other than serunding ayam and serunding daging. We believe that our business have potential to compete in market because, in this century people tend to try new food's flavor. Besides that, in market we are the first company that provides these new varieties of serunding's food. Therefore, they are surely to purchase our product which is modernization food of serunding. Related to this situation, we focus to working people, housewives and residents of Bundusan, Penampang Sabah. Another factor that influencing us to choose this business is because lack of competitors in market making it easier for us as a new entrepreneur to engage in the business because it is not need expertise food.
