Abstract
Simposium Kecemerlangan Operasi (OE) 2018 Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) anjuran Institut Kualiti dan Pengembangan Ilmu (InQKA) telah berlangsung dengan jayanya pada 15 Oktober 2018 bertempat di Intekma Resort & Convention Centre bertujuan untuk memantapkan pelaksanaan penambahbaikan proses kerja serta memperkukuhkan amalan Kecemerlangan Operasi di seluruh UiTM.
