Divalicious Cake Shop

We started our business as partners with the name of DIVALICOUS CAKE SHOP. We choose this name because it might be easy for the public to remember and it represents our delicious product. We sell great and tasty cake and maximize customer satisfaction by with friendly and helpful services. Besides that, we also do differentiation to our product where we used substitution of ingredient in our product and unique feature of packaging whereby we keep our cake in ajar. We also do servicing if requested by the customer such as request for birthday cake, engagement cake, wedding cake and gift. Our shop is located at Alam Mesra, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and we are available from 8.00 am until 5.00 pm on Monday to Saturday and on Sunday and Public Holiday is at 8.00am to 1.00pm. We also do delivery to nearby places such as Politeknik, UiTM, UMS, Indah Permai, Sulaman, UCA and UA. For the customer that wishes to buy our product, we are also available through online where they can find us at Instagram, Facebook and also Private messenger through WhatsApp. In order to start this business, we need around RM45,000 of the budget as our initial capital. Since this business is still new to the market, aggressive promotions need to be done to achieve our targeted sales.
