Abstract
A self-pay machine allows library users to pay their fines at any time even when the library closed. Users can make a payment by their own so that the process will becoming more efficient and time-saving. Users encouraged to use the machines so that their fines will not increase because sometime library is closed so users cannot pay their fines. Users can use the self-pay machine by following the instructions available on the screen. Other than that, a self-pay machine can display an advertisement about the library program or list of the new books. From that, users will know the latest activities or program of the library. The novelty and uniqueness of this self-pay machine is users don’t have to queue at the circulation counter to pay their fines. Users also can know about the library program or activities while doing the payment process.
