Sabahan's Parai

Sabahan's Parai will start operate on 1 June 2015 which located at Kg Piasau, Kota Belud. Kota Belud is one of the states that had large scale of paddy and most of the farmers in that area crop paddy as their main staple of daily life. Hence, it can assure our business can run effectively. Hence, the target of our company is the farmers that need our service to grinding their paddy the increasing of demand of rice had been increased due of increasing in population of Malaysia. The government had encouraged each of Malaysians to crop their paddy on their own area rather than depend on import rice. Increases of farmer on this sector may increase the demand on other services. In addition, our service will give benefits to all farmers in term of quality of the service and product (rice) that they get from using our service where they will receive less percentage of rice crushed. In order to maintain the quality of service, we will do maintenance towards our machine for every three months. Moreover, on the first and second month of business operation we face deficit in cash due to the less customers. This happens since our company is new and still need to suit with the environment. However, in the next three month the number of customers increasing. Hence, it shows that our business really concern with the changes of flow of money by control and minimize the usage of money. Apart from that, whenever there is needed on spending money we will gather all the managers to discuss on the amount of budget that wants to use for. For example, every decision should be supported with report and it should prepare with the prediction on what will happen in the future to ensure that there is no waste on money. The successful of our financial are determined by how each manager manage the operation of the business. The exchange of idea, information and comment may help in improving the efficiency of the operation. The operation may not run effectively if there is no skilled and experience managers in handling problems that arises. Hence, collaboration, cooperation, trust and loyalty among members is necessary to ensure the business will run for long term.
