Abstract

Our business. Le Cafe de Oreo will made base on Oreo using our own recipes. Our dessert and beverages will be made fresh eyery day and sold directly to customers through our cafe. We choose to open a cafe based on Oreo because there is no such cafe here in Sabah. So. people will be interested to come and experience the delicious Oreo's food and beverage here especially the Oreo fans. Not only children who are interested with this black & white filling biscuit, even adults also love it. Besides that, people always love something sweet which is good to release tension and make them happy with family, friends and their love one. This business is based on partnership where it consist of five (5) members which hold important positions in the company such as General Manager, Administration Manager, Marketing Manager, Operation Manager and Financial Manager. The business capital is amounted to RM 100 000 where the total contribution of each member is RM 20 000. The location of our business is at Oceanus Waterfront Mall, Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens, 88000 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. We choose this place because it is a very strategic area which is near the Api-Api and Marina Court apartment area, Centre Point Shopping complex and Warisan Plaza. Furthermore, Oceanus Waterfront Mall was recently built on the seafront last year. So. it is an advantage to us because many people like to come to a new shopping mall. The date of commencement of our business is 15 May 2015. We take a long period of time because we want to identity the best way to conduct this business and to find capital for this business. We have identified four main keys to our success. The first is strategic locations. The second will be our unique value-for-money product line. The third will be a focus on superior customer service and education, and the fourth key will be employee retention through training and internal promotion. Our marketing strategy will be to attract new customers, educate those customers and then create a loyal customer base. Le Cafe de Oreo will attract consumers through highly visible signage, print media advertising, flyers, entertainment book coupons and word-of-mouth advertising. Next, our sales strategy includes hiring employees who genuinely enjoy their jobs. We will continually assess all aspects of the business and interact with our customers personally, evaluating food choices for popularity and keeping favorites on the menu as we rotate weekly and seasonal specials. With this business plan, we hope that Le Cafe de Oreo will continue to grow on par with other cafe that are already exists nowadays.
