In terms of language: The word ‘haqq’ comes from the Arabic word ‘haqqa,’ which means truth. In the context of language, reality refers to something real or the origin of something, which does not contain any metaphor or simile (Bahrudin et al., 2022). Definition of terms: In the terminology of jurisprudence or the principles of jurisprudence, truth is the use of words according to their original meaning as they appear directly in the Arabic language, without any reference or metaphor (Bahrudin et al., 2022).
