Abstract
The Islamic economy is currently undergoing rapid development, and research and investigation into it is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to Sharia law, which is the guiding light of society. As the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "I have left among you two things which, if you adhere to them, you will never go astray: the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and they will not separate until they meet at my pool." (Sahih al-Hakim, 2018). Islam governs all aspects of Islamic life, including the economic sphere, which is known as mu'amalah. All types of social and economic interactions between people fall under this transaction, which must be based on Sharia law. The Sunnah of the Prophet is an important reference in this regard, as it defines the rules and ethics of economic activities. The main source of Islamic law is the Holy Quran, and the second source is the Sunnah, which includes all the sayings, actions, and rulings of the Prophet, peace be upon him. Islamic economics has existed for a long time and has continued since the time of the Prophet, peace be upon him. For example, the principles of Islamic business currently include specific regulations that show that Islamic economics has developed in accordance with Islamic law. It is hoped that the provisions of the Qur'an and Sunnah will be taken into account in the process of drafting these regulations, and that all economic activities will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law, as embodied by the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him (Esfaiyanti, 2023). Definition of financial transactions; In Arabic, the word “transaction” or its plural “transactions” refers to matters of life in general. According to the Dewan Dictionary (2000), the word “transactions” refers to everything related to the social sphere of affairs or matters of transactions, a profession that involves procedural or organizational relationships between humans in various aspects of life, especially in the economic, financial, and social spheres. It includes all types of transactions that occur in society, such as buying, selling, and renting.
