Abstract

Slide presentation for “Issues related to fiqh mu’asarah in society”

Issue 1: Appointment of female leaders
Issue 2: Appointment of non-muslim leaders

In Islam, a leader is someone who guides and influences others towards achieving shared goals. Every accountable Muslim is considered a leader, at least over themselves and their family. As Allah’s vicegerent on earth, a leader must uphold Islamic law, ensure the well-being of the ummah, and maintain justice. They are accountable for their responsibilities and must embody qualities like justice, trustworthiness, knowledge, and good character to ensure success in this world and the hereafter.
