Garden King Sdn. Bhd is a partnership business where incorporated under Business Registration Act 1956 ( Amendment 1978 ). Garden King Sdn. Bhd consists of five contributors. Our company sell a products specifically for gardening. The contributors/members will hold the important positions in the company such as General Manager, Administration Manager, Marketing Manager, Operational Manager and Financial Manager. As a start, we sell a product named "Block Gardening". "Block Gardening" designed by our company. "Block Gardening" is a vase that allows more than one type of plants to be planted. As we know, most people who lives in the city have problems with limited space to plant various types of plant. Hences, our product provides solution to those who dream to have nice plants or a 'mini garden' at their houses. Our main office located at Iramanis Shoplot, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As for our marketing strategies, we are targeting customers around Iramanis, Kota Kinabalu and nearby areas. The total amount needed by Garden King Sdn. Bhd. is RM 200,000. Partnership cash contribution at RM 25,000 for General Manager while the other are RM 20, 000. The amount needed in loans is RM 75,000. Overall management of the company will be the responsibility of the partnership. A major emphasis of our company is to gratify our customer and produce more and more new products.
