Abstract

Lead titanate PbTiO₃ thin films were prepared by sol gel deposition method using spin coating technique. The surface morphology was investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The resistivity and conductivity were obtained by referring the voltage-current (I-V) measurement. The resistivity and conductivity was in the range of 10⁶ to 10⁹ Ωm and 10¯⁷ to 10¯⁸ Sm¯¹ respectively. The dielectric obtained from the C-V measurement was less than 50 for frequency less than 100 kHz.
