Abstract

Technology assisted features is a must regardless of the size of your business. Whether it is a startup, enterprise or sendirian berhad, having technology will aid your business in the long run. However, not many of the entrepreneurs are in the know on how to use the technology in business. Majority are still using the old way of working and follow the paper-based method [1]. To date, admittedly there still exists a digital divide among business in Malaysia. In June 2021, SME (Small Medium Enterprise) Association reported only 26% of our SMEs adopted e-commerce to survive during the pandemic while a significant portion of business still operated offline with no online revenue despite the prolonged setbacks cause by the pandemic [2].
