Abstract
The KittyCare mobile application was developed to address the challenges faced by cat owners in finding trusted and convenient boarding facilities during holidays or emergencies. Existing GPS platforms such as Google Maps or Waze are not specialized for pet care and often lack essential features tailored for cats, such as verified reviews, booking systems, or reliable service listings. KittyCare provides a centralized solution that allows users to locate, navigate, review, and book nearby cat boarding services. The system was developed using the Android Studio platform, with Java as the primary programming language and Firebase for real-time database and authentication services. Following the Waterfall Model, the development process included requirement gathering, interface design, system development, testing, and deployment. The system was designed with a user-friendly interface to ensure ease of use and to build trust among cat owners.
