Abstract

Disruptive technology has altered the way of how business is normally operating. Today, having a physical store is not a must for a business to operate. From the products browsing to the payment arrangement, technology has made it easier for customers to make purchases via online platforms, anytime and anywhere. Statistics released by the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission on the survey conducted in the year of 2020 saw the percentage of internet users has been increasing from one year to another which indicates that the internet is highly accessible by society. Hence, it serves as an effective tool for the business players to engage with their customers.
