Abstract

The concepts of command and prohibition are important in Islamic law. They regulate how we, as Muslims, interact with God's commands and prohibitions, as well as how we practice religious teachings in our daily lives. Ammar refers to all the commands given by Allah, the Almighty, which Muslims must carry out. These commands may take the form of duties such as prayer, zakat, and the like or circumcision is recommended. As for prohibition, it refers to all of Allah's prohibitions that Muslims must avoid. Such as prohibiting sin, immorality, and anything that goes against His will. The method of Al-Ammar and Al-Nahhi does not only cover these individual acts but also provides guidance for Muslims in maintaining relationships with their fellow human beings, the environment, and Allah, the Almighty. A good understanding of this method is very important so that we can live a balanced life in harmony with the requirements of religion.
