Abstract
Slide Presentation: “The public and the private, and their significance”
Scholars believe that the meaning of the word “general” is that the Hanafi scholars considered the term “general” to be speculative (uncertain), so it cannot be definitively attributed to arguments that are specific (defined) with speculative assumptions. This opinion leads to the exclusion of other speculative matters such as the hadith of Sunday the ability of some hadiths to be used and analogy (Sawari, 2021).
