Abstract

The topic of the general and the specific is one of the most important topics in the principles of jurisprudence, as it is related to the correct understanding of legal texts. The general is the term that includes all individuals without exception, while the specific is limited to a particular meaning or specific individuals.
The general and specific provisions shall be applied in the interpretation of the law, and the implementation of the provisions of the Constitution, and the application of the law to the relevant cases, whether by public announcement or by other means.
