Abstract
Analogy is the fourth source in Islamic jurisprudence, which does not stand alone but relies on two main sources, namely the Qur'an and the Hadith. It is an extension of the law from these two main sources to something we are keen to evaluate and clarify today, the main ideas and points. We focus primarily on access to information. This information relates to the measures taken to protect victims who have cases related to terrorism. Based on recently documented information and responsibilities, which were extracted from a careful study of events prior to (2020). We also emphasise the reality of the situation. It represents an overall framework. It seeks to clarify the great importance of cooperation. To provide special services. To provide special services and thus provide support to those affected. We must recognise the complexity of the issues and the diversity of the legal aspects involved. Which requires rapid and effective intervention and support from the relevant authorities, and access to information and services, in order to maintain the smooth running of procedures, which seek to provide the best possible service to those affected. This stems from our responsibility towards them.
