Abstract

Islamic financial management is a true financial system based on a system that complies with Islamic law (Sharia). What's wrong with this Sharia? Humans need to manage their financial affairs throughout their daily lives. Sharia-compliant systems are considered capable of preserving human financial well-being wisely. Therefore, this article will discuss and present the basic financial principles found in the Quran. This study will also examine and analyze the legal provisions related to Islamic financial transactions. In addition, the aim of this study is to explain the role of the Qur’an in shaping Islamic financial law. This article is a qualitative study that draws data from books, official articles, and documentary materials. The contents of this document serve as the primary reference for this article, commenting on the principles of compliance with Islamic law and their necessity in human life. The study's findings can be summarized as follows: The role of the Holy Quran in issuing legal rulings for financial transactions in Islam and the Islamic financial management practiced by its practitioners meets the needs of a prosperous life. It is evident that it is based on a true system compatible with Islamic law.
