Bhd, for the purpose if obtaining working capital loan from Maybank for the amount of approximately RM 600,000. The other RM 200,000 was fully contributed by the shareholders of this company. This business has been registered under the Register of Business using the name of Rainbow Kids Kindergarten Sdn. Bhd. This business is a company that generally offers kindergarten services. From what is stated by our company's vision and mission, our kindergarten are more focus less on education, but more on human morality. From that perspective, we may extend our education methods to personal hygiene, proper manners, & even allowing them to be themselves. We've also taken precautions in calculating our budget based on the loan we get from Maybank and also the partners' contribution.
