Abstract
Noble Literacy Union is a joint collaborative English tutoring programme by Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Samarahan Campus, Northern Illinois University(NIU) Illinois, USA, Southeast ASEAN Leadership Programme (SEAYLP) and SK Dato Mohd Musa, Samarahan. This class was jointly organized by teachers as administrators and 40 B40 Year 6 students from SK Dato Mohd Musa who become participants of the programme, SEAYLP
under the sponsorship of the USA embassy who were the tutors, and it also involved several students from the Faculty of Management and Office Technology as volunteers.
