Abstract
UiTM Cawangan Sarawak was selected as the local host for The 5th International Symposiumon Insects 2023 (ISoI 2023). The symposium was organized at the Pullman Hotel in Kuching, Sarawak from September 11 to 13, 2023. The main organizer of this symposium was the Entomological Society of Malaysia (ENTOMA), in collaboration with the Centre for Insect Systematics (CIS), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and the Faculty of Resources Science and Technology, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). In addition, the symposium also received significant financial support from Business Events Sarawak (BESarawak), CORTEVA Agriscience, and FMC Corporation.
