Abstract

This research intends to study the role of consumers awareness in enhancing trust towards Takaful Malaysia among Staff UiTM Campus Permatang Pauh. This study shows that understanding how consumer awareness affects trust in Takaful services is important for the growth and development of the Takaful industry. This research focus on three main objectives to evaluate the level of consumer awareness about Takaful Malaysia’s products and services, to determine how increasing consumer awareness can enhance trust in Takaful Malaysia and to examine the relationship between awareness and trust in Takaful Malaysia. This study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument, involving respondents among staff at UiTM Campus Permatang Pauh. The analysis of this data is important to obtain insight and ensure the validity of the research findings. Through the result of this study, it is shown that increased awareness can lead to higher consumer confidence in Takaful as a financial protection solution.
