Abstract
Experiencing Ramadan away from home brought a blend of nostalgia & growth. Though being here with my husband brings comfort, but there is still a sense of longing for the familiar family gatherings and traditions we cherish back home. Celebrating Eid in a different cultural setting comes with bittersweet emotions, but connecting with a diverse community here has been rewarding. It reminded me that the essence of Ramadan and Eid; compassion, gratitude, and togetherness, remains strong, no matter where we are. Eid Mubarak. May Allah accept from you and us. Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Maaf Zahir Batin.
