LAW771: Law of International Trade and Finance / Faculty of Law

This course provides an insight into the legal framework of international sales contract. It covers various aspect of international sales including the rights and duties of buyer and seller in various types of international sales contract, carriage of good and insurance of such international sales .The system of financing the international sales contracts, in particular documentary credits and bill of exchange will be dealt with in detail. This course also promotes the development of critical thinking and problem solving skills as well as values, ethics, professional and social responsibilities.
