Abstract
The course entails a general study of Malaysian company law commensurate with that expected of non law graduates at a post graduate level. It examines the structure of a corporation and its special legal features in the business environment. It also considers the corporate constitution, corporate financing and corporate administration. In particular, emphasis is given to rights duties and liabilities of the board of directors. It also touches briefly on the liquidation of companies. At the end of the course
