A study of low risk investment among staff at Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour, Johor

This study aims to identify how the affecting of low risk investment among staff in Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour, Johor prepared for final project paper in completion of the courses in BBA (Hons) Finance. The dependent variable is the elements of the effecting of low risk investment. Specifically, the study are to determine of independent variables are level of awareness, types of investment and the return on investment towards choices of low risk investment. Thus, the research is to study the relationship and significance of the independent variables with the dependent variables. The questionnaire survey was being conducted for this study in order to obtain primary data from staff at Hotel Jen Puteri harbour, Johor. These respondents help the researchers to do the analysis on the effectiveness of low risk investment. There were a total 115 questionnaires being conducted for this research. The analysis is done by using the SPSS version. The results from SPSS have shown that the level of awareness, types of investment and the return on investment towards choices of low risk investment are significant on the elements of the effecting of low risk investment. The overall findings show that all the independent variables have positive relationship with dependent variables. The study can also provide the information and benefit for bank, government, customer or user and the researcher to understand, identify and obtain the various information and resources about low risk investment.
