Abstract
This project deals with designing equal loudness perception of a listener when surrounded by surround sound system. The loudness of the speaker is controlled to be inversely proportional to their distance between the speaker and the listener. Sensors, microcontroller and digital volume controller is used to achieve a perception of equal loudness from the speakers.
