Abstract
The talk 'Pemimpin Cemerlang Pemaju Mahasiswa Terbilang' was programme organised by the Bahasa Melayu Komunikasi Profesional (BMKP) society which took place on 21 June 2022. This talk was conducted online and involved participation from students of Akademi Pengajian Bahasa as well as students from other universities. Mr. Ahmad Janaidi Abdul Ghani, the Psychology Deputy Officer at UITM Shah Alam gave his lecture with the aim of exposing students to the basics of leadership, encouragement, and enthusiasm for them to become successful and respected leaders. This programme helped students to hone their soft skills in order to face challenges and obstacles to come in their way. addition, this programme taught them the meaning of responsibility when carrying out duties as a leader in an organisation.
