Abstract
Currently serving as the Deputy Dean of Academic in Akademi Pengajian Bahasa, Associate Professor Dr Anealka Aziz Hussin has accumulated more than 20 years of experience working in UiTM. Her extensive experiences of serving in multiple departments in UiTM has qualified her to be where she is today. Dr Anealka has served as IT coordinator in APB for 2 years, worked in IPSIS for 2 years, in INED for 1 year, and she was the Head of Centre for the Intercultural Communication undergraduate programme (LG243) for 4 years. Being in all those managerial positions for almost 10 years, it is no surprise that she was selected to become the Deputy Dean of Academic in APB now. Interviewing her up close and personal, it is clear that she has a vision and mission for APВ.
