OSYS charity concert

On 20 April 2017, a Charity Concert Night, which was organized by the Office Systems Society members at Dewan Kuliah 1 Universiti Tehnologi Mara Sarawak Samrahan 1 campus, attracted students from other courses to support cancer patients. The project manager, Raz Adibah came up with the idea of a concert to raise funds for Sarawak Children's Cancer Society (SCCS). From the sale of 150 tickets, RM750 was raised. In Sarawak, one child is diagnosed with cancer every five days and 50 children in the state are diagnosed with cancer ever year. The objectives of the concert were to highlight the types of cancer that largely affect children and survivorship issues and more importantly to help raise funds.
