Industrial training report: Unit Hal Ehwal Islam (UHEI), UiTM Cawangan Negeri Sembilan Kampus Rembau / Nuralisa Abdul Halim

This report outlines my industrial training experience at UiTM Cawangan Negeri Sembilan, Kampus Rembau, where I was assigned to the Unit Hal Ehwal Islam (UHEI). Throughout the training, I had the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional environment by engaging in diverse tasks such as designing application forms, organizing and disposing of documents, maintaining records, and creating promotional materials for the organization’s programs. These responsibilities required a blend of technical skills, critical thinking, and effective collaboration with colleagues. The training period posed various challenges that required quick adaptation and creative problem-solving, fostering significant growth in my analytical and decision-making abilities. Immersion in a professional workplace also exposed me to industry standards, operational workflows, and the importance of clear communication and teamwork.
