Industrial training report: Hospital Tampin / Noramani Aslinda Rosli

The purpose of this industrial training report is to record the practical work completed during the program, which took place at Tampin Hospital in Negeri Sembilan. The training I received during my internship at the medical records unit, which began on July 22, 2024, and ended on September 13, 2024, will be included in this report. I completed this report to make sure I took part in the industrial training that UITM required all fourth-semester information management course students to do. The tasks I completed during this industrial training were based on the knowledge I gained from semesters two through four. I have applied the knowledge that the lecturers provided during the lecture at my industrial training facility. Since what is learnt has been practiced during the industrial training time, this can raise the amount of effective memory. Exposing students to the working world and the actual operation of a business is the primary objective of this industrial training. This can help a student get better and build a higher level of comprehension, which can lead to the contribution of good and effective ideas.
